I checked my system (I have 32-bit Vista Business SP2) and found share.exe so the file exists in Vista. You should search for the file to make sure it's on your system. From reading about it, I can't see why it would make a difference in saving the file unless the file was locked (but that's unlikely unless you did it intentionally at some point).
