UK Netflix is appalling in comparison to the American version. Hopefully it's just a phase or something (touch wood). Changing the Xbox One DNS will still gets you US netflix if you live in Canada. I'm using this technique right now. You shouldn't have to touch the router DNS unless you want your entire network running through that DNS server.
